Today I came across an article in dkpopnews.net mentioning about the fans turn antis boycotting all 2PM endorsement, programs and even their upcoming album. It's getting ridiculous. How can you call yourself a fan when what you're doing is destroying their career and giving them a hard time. True, the definition of fan between Korean fans and us international fans are different. Probably for them true fans are fans that protect the group as a whole and since Jaebeom's departure from 2PM and after the press conference that officially mentioned Jay's contract termination, the fans put all the blame to the company and the rest of the members and it gets worse.
The fans are boycotting everything 2PM does. I never felt this sorry for any artists before. True, Dong Bang Shin Gi was in an uptight situation with SM but we Cassies would never do things like calling them betrayers or fake idols just because we cannot get what we want. We would definitely feel happier if things could go back when DBSG were together as a 5 members group, but since this is a decision that they wanted and they knew the consequences of their actions, still they pursue it. And you don't see Cassies saying things like what ex-Hottests did. Truthfully, I only become a 2PM fan after I see what they are going through and yet, they put up a strong front, for the sake of the very little fan rooting for them.
When I watched Idol Army and Wild Bunny, I really miss watching their silliness and close relationships, the ridiculous things they did when they are together. Who cares if the shows were scripted, but the chemistry among them can never be scripted.
Ex-Hottests claimed that they wanted to protect Jaebeom because he was victimized by the company and the rest of the members betrayed him because of what they said in the conference regarding Jaebeom's matter, but seriously, which part of the "we will protect 2PM" did the Coldest really meant when their actions now only do damage to Junsu, Nichkhun, Taecyeon, Junho, Chansung and Wooyoung? *ang ang*
Nichkhun
Junho
Wooyoung
Chansung
Junsu
Taecyeon
I seriously cannot understand it! In the first place, Jay's departure was caused by his MySpace comment that led to some other issues and who do you think raised the matter first? It's probably some people who hated him but it was during that time Hottest should do some action to protect him, not after him leaving the group and "force" him to return back even after knowing that the society could no longer look at him with respect. Think of his pride as a man and human.
Jaebeom
All I wanna say is that maybe me, an international fan could never understand the Korean meaning of a fan, but as a fan and a human being, isn't being supportive is the least we can do? Support Jaebeom's activity even if he's no longer a part of 2PM, and also the rest of the members, everyone is trying to survive in the industry.
Jaebeom's not the only victim here. If those Ex-Hottest think that we're too simple minded to understand, so be it. We will always welcome and support 2PM, INTERNATIONAL-ly!

The same goes for DBSG, Super Junior's Han Geng dispute with SM and also SHINee, who apparently under the spotlight for copy-dancing for the special stage performance (Lady Gaga's Just Dance). I really feel like these few months, I'm not the only one going through hard times and family break-ups, my idols are too.
So to all of us, FIGHTING! And together we can get through this!
Until then, I'll be back~
